Welcome to VoiceIndex AI. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

VoiceIndex AI provides online speech-to-text, text-to-speech, subtitle export, AI voice design, and related browser-based voice tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product changes.

2. User Conduct

You may not use this service to process or generate content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property or privacy, contains malware, impersonates others, fabricates authorization, enables fraud, fake customer service, phishing, harassment, or public deception.

You may not use VoiceIndex AI for unauthorized voice cloning, imitation of a specific natural person, copyright evasion, or unauthorized transcription, dubbing, or subtitle creation for copyrighted films, courses, podcasts, music, audiobooks, or similar content.

3. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain rights to original audio, text, and generated outputs that you lawfully provide or create. VoiceIndex AI does not claim ownership of your content.

Our technology: VoiceIndex AI interface design, logo, code, and technical architecture are protected and may not be copied or imitated without authorization.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. AI-generated or recognized results may contain errors in pronunciation, sentence breaks, translation, timestamps, or technical terms. Before publishing or using results in commercial, legal, medical, financial, education, examination, or other important scenarios, you should review them yourself and assume responsibility.

5. Complaints and Handling

If you believe certain content infringes copyright, privacy, portrait rights, voice rights, or other legitimate rights, contact support@voiceflow.ccwu.cc and provide relevant pages, file descriptions, proof of rights, and contact information where possible.

6. Commercial Use

VoiceIndex AI may be used free-to-try for content creation workflows (preview, generate, download MP3). Fair-use rate limits apply. For commercial publishing, monetized videos, ads, or client work, you must review and comply with applicable Microsoft / voice provider terms and your platform rules. VoiceIndex AI does not grant rights beyond what the underlying voice technology and law allow.

7. Voice Cloning Rules

You may only clone or imitate a voice when you own the rights or have explicit authorization from the person whose voice is used. You must not clone celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or brand voices without permission. You must not use cloning for fraud, impersonation, deepfake scams, political deception, or harassment. We may refuse, limit, or remove abusive cloning requests.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised Terms.
