VoiceIndex AI understands the importance of your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data when you use text to speech, speech to text, subtitle export, and related tools.

1. Information Collection and Processing

Audio data: Uploaded audio or video files are used only to complete the requested transcription or subtitle task. Temporary files are cleaned according to service rules after processing.

Text data: Text entered for TTS and transcription results are used to complete the requested task. We do not use uploaded audio, text, or recognition results to train AI models.

Technical information: To prevent abuse and maintain the service, we may process IP address, browser type, device information, error logs, quota usage, and similar technical records.

2. Data Security

Data is transmitted through SSL/TLS encrypted channels. Access to operational logs and processing systems is limited to service maintenance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and support needs.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide speech recognition, text to speech, file storage, analytics, advertising, CDN, and security protection, we may use third-party cloud, model API, analytics, advertising, and infrastructure providers. We transmit data only within the scope needed to complete the service.

4. Cookies and Advertising

Necessary cookies may be used to remember language preferences, basic session state, and security limits. If Google AdSense or other third-party ads are shown, advertising services may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and improve ads.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files, recognition results, and temporary caches are generally retained only for the time needed to complete user requests and are deleted according to system cleanup policies. Security logs, error logs, and quota statistics may be retained longer to troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and maintain stability.
