VoiceIndex AI is an AI voice tool for content creators, students, and office users. It provides text to speech, speech to text, and subtitle export so users can create voiceovers, transcripts, and subtitles directly in the browser without installing software.
Free Quota and Usage Rules
VoiceIndex AI basic features can be used for free. The current free text-to-speech quota is 50,000 characters per day, with up to 10,000 characters per synthesis request. Long-form, high-frequency, or team use cases can request a higher quota through the site contact channel.
Responsible Use
VoiceIndex AI is intended for lawful and normal voice-processing needs. Users must ensure they have the required rights for uploaded or entered content and must not use the service to generate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or misleading content.
We especially oppose using AI voice for impersonation, fake customer service, fraud funnels, unauthorized voice cloning, copyright evasion, or malicious public-opinion manipulation.
Maintenance and Content Quality
VoiceIndex AI is maintained by an independent developer, with ongoing improvements to speech synthesis quality, transcription stability, subtitle export experience, and content safety policies.
Feature descriptions, guides, blog tutorials, and FAQs are maintained based on actual product capabilities, user feedback, and common creation scenarios. We avoid unrelated bulk template content and keyword-stuffed doorway pages.
Privacy and Data Processing
- Uploaded content is used only to complete voice-processing tasks initiated by the user.
- We do not use uploaded audio, text, or recognition results to train AI models.
- Files are cleaned according to service rules after processing.
- Users can contact us by email for data processing questions, deletion requests, copyright complaints, and service usage issues.
